Cal Florit is a unique Modernist house constructed in 1913
Cal Florit consists of over 400m2 of livable space, beginning with its sitting room which features a wood-burning fireplace and TV via satellite. A separate kitchen with modern appliances and dining room, all with access to and views of the garden. There is also a small sitting room and large bathroom. The first floor has five bedrooms, each with original paint and mouldings, three with king size beds, one with two singles, and a family room that sleeps up to four. We also provide a cadle for infants. Three full baths and two terraces complete the floor. The second floor provides a multi-purpose open loft space furnished with sofas and carpets.
The 1.500m2 garden includes a new 4x8m2 saltwater illuminated swimming pool with a large tiled patio for sunbathing. Reclining lounge chairs, hammocks and kid´s water games. The landscaped gardens include a 75m grass area, gardens with imported wildflowers and aromatic herbs, shade and fruit trees, and two fish ponds with Kois and frogs. A large patio for relaxing, a shaded area to enjoy a drink, and a covered dining area for 14 people with charcoal/wood barbeque, overhead fans and lights for night time meals.
The façade of Cal Florit is protected by the town council and is a historic site.
